Frank Kirkbride
Frank Kirkbride has designed, planned, and directed the development and construction of a significant number of projects throughout the Western United States. He has proven abilities in team leadership and management ranging from major commercial, banking, office, and residential developments. Projects include retirement facilities, town planning, recreation, lodging and restaurants, wastewater treatment, biosolids management facilities and land entitlement.

Frank and his wife Diana have established two endowed scholorships helping students at WSU.
